  Anyone want GMail?
As many people know, GMail is an e-mail service run by Google that allows you to store up to 1 gigabyte of e-mails. You can't just sign up for it however; you need to get an invite from someone already on the inside in order to join. For quite awhile it was difficult to get one, and the invites were going for quite a few bucks on E-bay just six months ago.

The tables have turned though. GMail invites are all over the web, there are probably more invites than there are people currently using the service. I alone could invite 50 people if they needed one. I've already sent out invites to most of my friends and family months ago, and the others really don't use e-mail, or even know how to work a computer. The point of this post is really simple, the days of asking for a GMail invite are over, it's time we moved on to something new. Advertising that you have some won't increase the level of your blog's traffic anymore. You'll have to find something else more exciting to promote and discover on the vast World Wide Web. I myself have been on the cutting edge for several years now. I had a blog way back when mainstream normal people didn't even know what that meant (2001).

So, if you need a GMail invite you can always ask; but more than likely, you already have one. ;-)
